Top 10 Common Skin Care Habits from Worst to Best.

We take care of our skin in many ways, but still we do not get such good results. Because the deficiency is not in our skin care but in some habits which we repeat in our daily routine without knowing whether it is beneficial or harmful for our skin. Therefore, today we are going to tell you about five good and five bad habits which are giving rise to your skin problems. So let's start -

 Five worst skin habits

 1) Picking screen –

Some people have the habit of repeatedly touching their face skin or popping pimples. Which is a bad habit because popping a pimple causes pus to come out, and bacteria present in the skin or environment enter inside, which increases inflammation and leads to more pimples.

We touch thousands of things every day like – phone, laptop, handle, remote, books or files. Due to which the germs present on them get stuck on the hands and from the hands these germs go on our face which can cause skin problems.

 2) Overwashing –

It is said that excess of everything is bad. When we wash the face repeatedly, the skin becomes dry, due to which the glands of the skin secrete more oil, which worsens the situation.

Therefore, you should wash your face only twice a day. Be sure to wash your face before sleeping at night because it removes the day's dirt, dust and bacteria from the skin.

 3) Too many chemical products –

Do not use too much chemical product on your skin. Use only natural, skin friendly products instead. Avoid daily makeup. Reduce the use of cosmetics also.

4) Stress –

Stress, anxiety, anger, all these are becoming a part of our daily life. This makes our body hollow from inside. Due to stress, such chemicals or hormones are released in our body due to which our body becomes sensitive, and skin problems increase.

 5) Salt + Milk –

According to Ayurveda, the combination of salt and milk is not right. Like drinking milk or tea with paratha, it promotes skin problems. Do not eat salty food with tea or milk. Keep a gap of at least 30 minutes.

Now let's talk about the five best habits -

 1) Food –

 # Healthy food is beneficial for our body as well as skin, which enhances the glow of the skin. Eating too much spicy food can cause skin problems because spicy food increases the amount of acid in the body, hence eat less red chilies and hot spices.

 # Food rich in fiber helps in removing toxic substances from the body, which makes the skin glow, hence eat fiber rich food, include whole wheat, semi brown rice, oats, millets, pulses, beans, banana in your diet.

 # If your skin is very sensitive then stay away from some sticky vegetables like – brinjal, ladyfinger, jack fruit, Taro Root.

 # If we eat dry fruits, then eat them only after soaking them. Because eating dry fruits directly increases body heat, which invites skin problems.

 # If you have a lot of skin problems, then eat less sugar and salt because both of these prevent the kidneys from releasing toxins from the body, which increases skin problems.

2) Exercise –

Exercise increases blood circulation in the body. There is oxygen in the blood, so more blood circulation provides more oxygen and nutrition to the skin.

Exercising causes sweating, which opens the skin pores and allows the dirt accumulated inside to come out.

 3) Wash your fabric –

Those fabrics which come in touch with your skin regularly, like towel, handkerchief, pillow cover, bedsheet, wash them once a week. So that the dust, germs and oil present on them can be cleaned.

 4) Hydrated –

Our body cells are made of water only. Drinking less water makes the skin dry and dull. You can deliver water to skin cells through juice, soup, fruits.

 5) Skin care routine-

You must make a skin care routine. Instead of using different projects on the screen, use only one product. Use natural things as much as possible.
