आज वर्तमान समय में यह आम समस्या बन चुकी है की जब आपके द्वारा कोरोना वेक्सिन लगवाने के पश्चात सर्टिफिकेट केसे डाउनलोड करना है या सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड करने के बाद पता चलता है की आपके नाम या अन्य डाटा में गलतिया हो गई है इन्हें केसे ठीक करे या आपको भारत के बाहर जाना है लेकिन सर्टिफिकेट से पासपोर्ट लिंक नहीं है जिन्हें ठीक करवाने के लिए इधर उधर सरकारी विभागों के चक्कर काटने पड़ते है या लोगो द्वारा जहा वेक्सिन लगवाते है वह पर ही जाकर पूछते है जबकि उन्हें भी इस बात की जानकारी नहीं होती है की उसमे केसे करेक्शन करना है या उसका क्या प्रोसेस है इस प्रकार लोगो को सही जानकारी नहीं मिल पाती है और वह इधर उधर कंप्लेंट इत्यादि करते रहते है

वेक्सिन के बारे में यह भी जानकारी होना आवश्यक है आज बाजार में कोविद की कई प्रकार की वेक्सिन उपलब्ध है किन्तु हमें हमेशा ध्यान रखना चाहिए की हम दूसरी डोस उसी वेक्सिन की लगवाए जिसकी हमें पहली डोस लगी है , इसी प्रकार आपको ये भी बताना जरुरी है की आप वैक्सीन लगवाने जाये तब वैक्सीन लगने के बाद वही पर स्टाफ से आपकी नॉलेज के लिए आप पूछ सकते है की आप जो वैक्सीन लगा रहे है उसका नाम क्या है

https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in को ओपन करके कोरोना वैक्सीन लगाते समय आपने जो मोबाइल नंबर दिया था, वह मोबाइल नंबर इंटर करके गेट ओ.टी.पी. पर क्लिक करे फिर अपने ओ.टी.पी. डालकर सबमिट करे

आपका अकाउंट लॉग इन हो जायेगा. आपको आपका नाम दिखाई देगा, आपके नाम के निचे सर्टिफिकेट लिखा दिखाई देगा, उस पर क्लिक करे और आपका सर्टिफिकेट पी.डी.एफ. फॉर्मेट में डाउनलोड हो जायेगा.

इसमें एक बात का ध्यान रखे इस वेबसाइट को यदि फायरफॉक्स पर ओपन करने पर कई बार सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड करने में प्रॉब्लम आती है, ये वेबसाइट गूगल क्रोम पर स्मूथली वर्क करती है और प्रोब्लेम्स भी कम आती है

कोरोना वैक्सिनेसन सर्टिफिकेट यदि कोई करेक्शन करने और पासपोर्ट को सर्टिफिकेट से लिंक करने की प्रक्रिया : -

यदि आपके इसमें किसी भी प्रकार का सर्टिफिकेट में करेक्शन है या आपको पासपोर्ट से लिंक करवाना है तो भारत सरकार द्वारा आपको करेक्शन और पासपोर्ट लिंक का कार्य selfservice के माध्यम से करने हेतु एक्सेस दिया गया है

इसकी प्रक्रिया निम्नानुसार है 

https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in/selfregistration ये वेबसाइट ओपन करे 

मोबाइल नंबर डाले एक ओ.टी.पी. आयेगा उसे डालकर लॉग इन करे

लॉग इन होने के बाद आपकी स्क्रीन के राईट हैण्ड साइड पर रेज एन इशू (Raise an Issue) पर क्लिक करे

इसमें आपको करेक्शन और पासपोर्ट लिंक के सभी आप्शन मिल जायेंगे आप इनसे करेक्शन कर सकते है

• Register for a vaccination session (with a choice of registering additional 3 members)

• Schedule vaccination as per slot availability at a Center

► User can go to the url www.cowin.gov.in and click on “Register/Sign In yourself” tab.

• Enter valid mobile number. Click on “Get OTP” button.

• OTP is sent at the phone number via SMS.

► Cancellation/rescheduling available Confirmation of appointment

► Citizen can download the appointment slip

► The appointment is also shared as SMS on registered mobile no. Vaccination Completed

► Citizen gets vaccinated at the selected center on the scheduled date after verification

► Citizens schedules appointment for dose 2 after 84 days for Covishiel or 28 days for Covaxin

• Once the OTP is validated, the “Register for Vaccination” page appears

• Enter details required in page 5 User Manual Citizen Registration and Appointment for Vaccination # Field Name Details 1. Photo ID Proof

• Select appropriate ID Card from the Dropdown list .

1 Photo ID Number Citizen to enter ID number

2. Name Enter the name as per the selected ID proof

3. Year of Birth Enter the year of birth as per the ID Proof in the format YYYY

4. Gender Select Gender (Male/ Female/ Others) Once the details are entered for registration, Click “Register” Button at the bottom right.

► The below table shows the details to be entered in the “Register for Vaccination” page. Please note that all fields in this Form are Mandatory Citizen must carry selected ID at the time of vaccination.
